- PNW GigaPoP is documenting their ER problem
- invite vendors to describe their solution
- invite the 4 vendors that presented in Policy Routing panel, 20 Aug
2000, Toronto Techs workshop: Nortel, Juniper, Cisco, Marconi
- using hardware and software available today
- solution must be documented in sufficient detail to allow gigapop to
determine if solution is appropriate for gigapop’s needs, what hardware
(new or upgraded) would be needed for gigapop to implement solution,
implementation difficulties, any “gotchas”
- this is not a bakeoff!
